Quote requests and offers

Website submissions are requests for evaluation, not guaranteed purchase offers. Any preliminary quote may change after we verify the vehicle's identity, ownership, location, condition, completeness, title status, and accessibility. A transaction is complete only after both parties agree to final terms and required documents are accepted.

Your responsibilities

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you own the vehicle or are legally authorized to sell and release it. You are responsible for disclosing liens, ownership disputes, material damage, missing parts, hazardous conditions, and access restrictions before pickup.

Pickup and towing

Pickup times are estimates and depend on scheduling, traffic, weather, vehicle access, and equipment availability. Towing is included only for eligible transactions confirmed by us. Additional work or unusual recovery conditions must be disclosed and may require revised terms.

Vehicle preparation

Before pickup, remove personal property and handle license plates as required by applicable law. We are not responsible for personal items left in a vehicle. The pickup area must provide reasonably safe and lawful access for towing equipment.

Communications

By providing contact information, you authorize us to respond about your request by phone or text. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP.

Permitted website use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business inquiries. You may not interfere with the site, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy site content for commercial use, or use automated systems to abuse forms or services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties regarding the website.
